Our organization consists of three company entities; Synergy Custom Homes, Synergy Realty, and Synergy Property Management. GARY FULLER

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Gary Fuller graduated from the University of Washington in the top 1% of his class with a degree in architecture. In the course of his business career, he’s managed national companies and understands the principles of building a business from the ground up.Gary’s strengths include: • An eye for design and understanding of architecture and drawings • A focused attention to detail • Collaboration and communication between the homeowner, architect, and site supervisor • Recruitment and management of the best craftsmen and artisans in their fields • Negotiation of the best pricing and scope of work for clients • Imagination and implementation of clients’ visions and ability to bring those to fruitionGary works with the architects on each synergy custom homes and synergy custom remodels project, and he also manages each project’s site supervisor. Gary’s focus and vision drive the entire homebuilding process, and the end result is a beautiful luxury custom home, built to clients’ exact specifications, delivered on time and on budget. At the end of every custom home build or remodeling project, Gary surveys clients, in detail, to see if there’s anything in the process that could have been improved.
